After getting engaged and before we even started planning our wedding, we outlined our list of priorities of what we wanted out of the wedding. Chief among them was (1) the ability to spend quality time with our guests and (2) to give the option for folks to join us for a few nice nights out in Chicago. 

 

And so, friends and family made their way to Chicago from near and far and joined us for an architectural boat tour of the Chicago Rivers (by Wendell) well as a welcome party to formally kick off the festivities.
